2024 Guide Agreement

Guide Agreement by Battlefish Charters LLC and Reeling For Recovery LLC
 

Date: July 18th- 21st, August 8th – 11th
 

Guide: Battlefish Charters
 

Guide Type: Fishing, Hiking, Camping, Paddle, Youth Camp, Boating, Other
 

All Guides are licensed by New York State: And are required to maintain First Aid, and CPR certifications

Terms and Conditions: We will do everything in our power for you to have a great time on your fishing trip, but we do have some rules. Some are general rules for safety and other rules are for the protection of our boat and equipment. Our fishing trips all operate under our complete Terms and Conditions. The following is a review of that agreement

1. The fishing camp operates under the authority of the fishing guides. The Fishing guide has the authority to terminate the event of unacceptable conduct by the fishing party. We would like you as a parent to review the first rules of this contract with your child.

2. The fishing guides will not be held liable for any injury or fatality that is caused by either direct or indirect action of any member of the fishing party.

3. The fishing camp will be outfitted with a fishing boat, a fishing guide, all tackle and bait.
(campers will be allowed to bring their own pole this year and tackle box that can fit in the palm of your hand.

4. If you do not show up for your spot the morning of your prior approval you will be spot will be given to a member of the waitlist.

5. Misuse of the boat or equipment is prohibited and grounds for cancellation of the event.

6. No trash, garbage, or other materials are to be thrown overboard into the waters.

7. Even though we are flexible please be on time for the given dates.

8. Per NYS law any Child age 12 and under must wear a personal floatation device. For this camp any time a child is on the water they will be wearing a life jacket aside beach swimming. We will provide you with approved life jackets but if your child has one, they regularly use we welcome them to bring it this year.

It is our desire to provide you with a pleasant fishing experience. The fishing guides will do anything within reason to make sure you have fun on your fishing experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We abide by all State and Federal Fishing regulations. I agree with all the terms stated above.
