The Chazy Lake Watershed Initiative wants to take a fight to eradicate milfoil and other evasive species in the lake. For 2022, we will be holding a year-long fishing derby to see who can reel in the largest pike in Chazy lake. We will be holding an Adult and kids category. 1st place prize will land you a New York State lifetime fishing membership and bragging rights throughout the community! Sign-ups are available at Lakeside Guns and Tackle and C&S in Saranac. You have to be in it to win it, and tight lines out there!
